About the Role - Let Your Vision Drive Technical Excellence:

As our Project Solution Advisor, you will be part of the new intelligent organization at Visualfabriq and be the driving force behind our innovative solutions. Your role will ensure that we remain the trusted and leading partner in the CPG industry.


Your responsibilities will include

  • Expert in structuring and organizing Visualfabriq deployments with partners. This includes the overall programme management, that is needed for parallel multi-market rollouts down to the appropriate approach and structure for the individual market deployment with all project phases from pre-initiation until post-deployment hyper care.
  • He/she will coach, train, and guide the partners in global rollouts of the Visualfabriq software in all aspects mentioned above as well as the correct way to partner with the Visualfabriq organization.
  • Work with the other Domain Solution Advisors as needed the most optimized roll out plan for First Time Right (FTR) deployment of the Visualfabriq software.
  • Subsequently initiate a practical process to formalize knowledge into our Knowledge Base.
  • To the extent that Visualfabriq’s partners are fully enabled to deliver via scalable, develop-less implementation.
  • Partner facing (and client facing when needed) and is committed to achieving the best results. Responsibilities in this include training, explanations and CDR’s.
  • Work closely with other Domain Solution Advisors to create best practices within the new intelligent organization.
  • Coach key stakeholders in setting and managing scope expectations with partners and customers.
  • Leading partner conversations in order to provide on-the-job training in setting customer expectations.
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time.


Core activities

  • Guide project teams on best use of Visualfabriq app to meet client’s needs
  • Escalation points for Project related queries across all domains
  • First point of contact for project related tickets (solving)
  • Manage projects, coordinator with CSM/Sales for commercials purposes
  • Prioritization input within Project when needed
  • Partner and Client facing communication for product
  • Voice of the project within Visualfabriq
  • Testing new features related to the project

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in software delivery and IT project management, preferable in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in Trade Promotion Management consultancy experience
  • Experience in working with global teams and global customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills
  • Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail
  • Experience in using tools to support daily processes like Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad and Zendesk


Your Technical Toolbox - What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • In-depth understanding of the CPG industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple market rollouts and project phases.
  • Experience in deploying TPx solutions.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience in training and guiding partners and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
