About the Role

As our Project Solution Advisor, you are a key link between our implementation partners and the Visualfabriq organisation. You support partner-led deployments and ensure that our solutions are implemented effectively, creating maximum value for customers.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Act as first point of contact for partners during implementations

  • Guide partners on system configuration and best practices

  • Support requirement gathering and documentation of Change Requests (CDRs)

  • Act as the voice of the project within Visualfabriq

  • Support testing of new features related to implementations

  • Train partners and occasionally customers

  • Contribute to the Visualfabriq Knowledge Base

  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams

  • Willing to travel occasionally

Core activities

  • Guide partner project teams on best use of the Visualfabriq application

  • Bridge communication between partner, customer, and internal teams

  • Support ticket follow-up and issue resolution

  • Drive adoption of best practices across projects

  • Ensure smooth handover to Support post go-live

Your Functional and Technical Toolbox

  • Experience with TPM / Sales Planning systems

  • Understanding of commercial processes (trade promotion, forecasting, trade spend)

  • Understanding of P&L structures

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Academic level of thinking and working

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience in software, consultancy, or FMCG/CPG environments

  • Hands-on experience with planning or TPM tools is a plus

  • Fluent in English
