About the Role - Let Your Expertise Shape Our IT Operations 

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will ensure the stability, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will collaborate with the IT Operations Manager and the broader Visualfabriq team to deliver outstanding support while maintaining compliance with industry standards. 

Your core responsibilities include: 

• Monitoring and maintaining IT services and systems. 

• Resolving help desk tickets promptly. 

• Managing endpoint installations and upgrades for Windows and MacOS. 

• Ensuring compliance with ISO27001, SOC1 Type II, and SOC2 Type II standards. 

• Continuously improving departmental processes and security posture. 

Main Objectives of the Role 

• Install, patch, and manage endpoint devices (Windows/MacOS). 

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as help desk operations. 

• Manage mobile device deployments and upgrades. 

• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM). 

• Ensure robust backups and disaster recovery processes. 

Your Specializations 

• IT Operations: Hands-on expertise in managing IT systems and services. 

• Innovation: A proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing security. 

• Compliance: Expertise in adhering to industry-leading standards such as ISO27001, SOC1, and SOC2. 

What Success Looks Like 

• Proactive and efficient management of endpoint devices. 

• Timely resolution of help desk tickets, ensuring minimal disruption. 

• Effective oversight of Identity and Access Management (IAM). 

• Reliable monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure and system functionality. 

• Adherence to legal and company guidelines for data handling and processing.

What You Bring to the Team 

• Proven skills in endpoint management, including installation, patching, and administration of devices. 

• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and help desk support. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and scripting (PowerShell preferred). 

• Strong background in backups and disaster recovery processes. 

• Extensive mobile device management expertise. 

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT operations. 

• Availability to participate in a 24/7 escalation pool.
