About the Role - Lead with Vision and Drive Excellence

As the Head of Solution Advisory, you will oversee a talented global team of Project and Domain Solution Advisors, serving as a critical driver of innovation and operational excellence. In this leadership role, you will champion scalable solutions for our partners and customers, manage strategic rollouts, and foster impactful collaborations across our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, Mentor, and Develop a global team of 10+ Solution Advisors (both Domain/Product and Project Solution Advisors), providing guidance on global rollout strategies, client communication, and partner enablement.
• Oversee Strategic Program Management for global and multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across domains and adherence to First Time-Right (FTR) principles.
• Serve as Primary Point of Contact between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support Teams, resolving escalations and ensuring cohesive project execution.
• Guide Process Improvement Initiatives by formalizing critical processes into Visualfabriq’s Knowledge Base, aiming to empower partners and customers toward self-sufficiency.
• Lead Project Quality Assurance by coordinating multi-phase project implementations to meet quality standards.
• Establish Strong Customer and Partner Relationships that foster trust and long-term collaboration.
• Champion Continuous Improvement of Visualfabriq’s implementation methodologies and tools, working with the Knowledge Team to certify partners and promote scalable, low-development deployment processes.
• Travel time up to 20% to manage key projects and attend important global meetings.

• Proven experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong Consultancy Skills and the ability to deliver expert advice and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building, skilled in fostering connections across diverse teams and client bases.
• Expertise in TPx Solution Deployment. The ideal candidate has In-depth knowledge to configure Visualfabriq software as a best-in-class solution for clients.
• Solution-Oriented with Focus on Process Improvement, drive efficiency by formalizing knowledge and enhancing systems for partner and client support.
  

Your Profile - Skills and Experience That Matter

To excel in this role, you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in project and domain management, ideally within TPx solutions and the SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in consulting, global project management, and partner enablement.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a focus on customer-facing solutions.
• 5+ years of CPG industry knowledge and a deep understanding of TPx solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% globally to support key projects and attend global meetings.
