About the Role - Create Impact for Customers through Functional Expertise

As our Domain Solution Advisor, you will be part of the Solution Advisory team and be the driving force behind our Activity Planning domain. This domain comprises classical Trade Promotion topics such as Promotional planning, Customer investments and message exchange with ERP systems. Your role will ensure that we remain the trusted and leading partner in the CPG industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Represent the Activity Planning domain internally and externally, explaining how business scenarios are facilitated in Visualfabriq
• Support partner-led implementations as Subject Matter Expert for business, process and technical challenges
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards within the Activity Planning domain and help customers and partners apply
• Contribute to the Visualfabriq Knowledge Base as specialist for the domain • Guide the Support team in resolving more complex issues
• Collaborate with Product Management on requirements, functional design and testing
• Support customers in documenting Change Requests
• Train customers, partners and internal teams
• Willing to travel occasionally Core activities
• Guide project teams on best use of Visualfabriq app
• Escalation point for domain-related queries and tickets
• Partner and client facing communication
• Voice of the domain within Visualfabriq
• Testing new features related to the domain


What You Bring:

• Experience with TPM / Sales Planning systems
• In-depth understanding of commercial processes such as promotional planning, trade agreements, and data exchange
• Understanding of the P&L structure
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), especially inbound and outbound data integration • Strong understanding of data structures and system integrations
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures Qualifications & Experience
• Academic level of thinking and working
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in either a software or consultancy environment working with TPM / Sales Planning solutions OR an FMCG / CPG company, working with TPM / RGM processes and systems
• Hands-on experience with TPM tools (Visualfabriq preferred)
• Fluency in English
