About Visualfabriq:
Ready to Rewrite the CPG Playbook?
Visualfabriq helps the world’s largest consumer goods companies make smarter decisions, sooner. Built for CPG, our platform runs the full commercial cycle in one system: integrated business planning, trade promotion and pricing, revenue growth management, and revenue forecasting and optimization.
With it, teams get a predictable outlook on their P&L, machine learning forecasts and numbers they can audit. Switch on Assistant Mike, our agentic AI, and CPG expert agents spot risks, propose fixes and actions within agreed guardrails. We are trusted by well-known CPG companies like Newell Brands, Mars, Second Nature Brands, Kruger, and Jamieson.
Across the world, we are a high-performance, values-driven team with every individual putting our vision into action every day. Today we are looking to strengthen our Solution Advisory team with a skilled and talented Customer Solution Architect covering the Americas. You will work side by side with our implementation partners in these regions and your colleagues across Visualfabriq, empowering our partners to implement our solutions successfully. Hands-on experience with TPM or other sales planning tools (Visualfabriq preferred), SaaS systems and ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to break down complex customer problems with structured consulting frameworks, and to coach users, partners and colleagues
Good communication skills and fluent in English, written and spoken; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
