About the JOB & TEAM -
Do you want to grow with us?

At Visualfabriq we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us with our product transformation and to help bring new ideas and concepts to modern day Revenue Growth Management experiences. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to own the UX lifecycle when engaging with our customers. You’ll run workshops, conduct user research, mockup low-fidelity designs and design user journeys to enhance the user experience. Essentially you will oversee the complete end to end UX Design for a given product. You’re someone who follows the developments in the field and is passionate about creating user-friendly experiences.


As UX Designer you will be creating functional, appealing and easy to use features that address VisualFabriq customer’s needs and will grow the customer base. In order to do this, you will gather and evaluate user requirements and design graphic elements in close collaboration with our Product Directors and Software Engineers. You use your strong illustration skills and prototyping techniques to engage your stakeholders and present your design ideas, using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.


You are reporting to our Design Team Lead and you will be part of the Design Chapter and the Development Team (approx. 35 FTE). We are structured into DevOps teams, dedicated to one of our products and we work with SCRUM methodology and two-weekly sprints. Your major stakeholders are: Product Owners, Development Team Leads. 


In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

First of all, you are a self-starter who enjoys to explore new waters and spread new UX design ideas. You are able to combine design & technical knowledge effortless in creating outstanding user experiences. 


Your main objectives in this role:

  • Run design workshops
  • Conduct user research and testing and evaluate user feedback
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Develop prototypes and validate concepts with users
  • Work with UI designers to implement user-friendly designs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends
  • Design and maintain the design system

Besides your ability to (co)create all elements for an optimal User Experience, you understand the importance of frequent user feedback and you are able to conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements

About YOU – Do you see the fit?

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio of design projects
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision)
  • Experience with designing B2B products
  • Experience with user research methods and user testing
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Ability to present and sell your designs to stakeholders
  • Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably you have experienced a rapidly growing environment like ours
