About the JOB & TEAM - Do you want to grow with us?

As a Global Account Director at Visualfabriq you are responsible for your team, and this includes the hiring, developing and supporting of (new) team members. With your team you deliver and implement our product successfully on a global scale, while managing time, resources, scope, and budget. You are also very customer minded and manage all stakeholders effectively (steerco). As a result you develop new business with assigned global customers though lead generation, pipeline management, meetings, presentations, and demos. During all of this you also work together with the Development teams, Product Director teams and both Customer Success and Engagement teams. 

While you collaborate with all these teams, you also aim to look for possible improvements and review the current way of working. Finally, you are responsible for assessing new and existing SLA contracts with our customers and following-up adequately.


To be SUCCESSFUL – Are you ready to excel with us?

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of work experience in the CPG industry such as in consulting, sales, trade marketing, IT, supply chain and / or finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
  • 5+ years of experience in leading customer success team in the CPG or similar industry
  • Projectmanagement experience
  • Technical experience and/or knowledge of technical concepts preferably with SaaS.
