About the role:  

Thanks to internal promotion and team growth, we're seeking a talented expert who combines knowledge of Finance processes with technical skills. We refer to this role as “Domain Solution Advisor – Finance", part of the Visualfabriq Solution Advisory team.  

This is a key senior position where you'll serve as the vital link between our customers and implementation partners on one side, and the Visualfabriq teams for Projects, Support and Product Management on the other side.  You'll join the collaborative Solution Advisory team, consisting of 8 colleagues and reporting to Jeroen Frederix. The team is spread across the globe, with colleagues based in The Netherlands and others working remotely across locations. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Represent the Finance function internally and externally, thinking through and explaining how business scenarios are facilitated in the Visualfabriq software. 

  • Support partner led implementations, acting as the functional SME providing solutions to specific business, process or technical challenges related to the Finance domain.

  • Contribute to the Visualfabriq Knowledge Base by providing domain specific knowledge.

  • Guide the Visualfabriq Support team in resolving the more complex support issues.  

  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop new capabilities. Define requirements, support functional design and test. 

  • Support customers in documenting new functionalities to be included in the software 

  • Train customer, partners, internal teams (occasionally).

 

The ideal candidate for this role brings:  

  • In depth understanding of core finance processes: Trade spend management, Funds management, Discounts and Rebates, Claims Management 

  • Understanding the structure of a P&L  

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP 

  • Experience with Sales Planning systems, preferably TPM 

  • The desire to learn about software and the technicalities of it 

  • Eye for detail 

  • Solution oriented 

  • Comfortable in interacting with customers and integration partners, from different cultures and on different levels. 

  • Prepared to travel occasionally  

  • We value in-person collaboration and operate a hybrid working model, particularly for employees based in the Netherlands.

Eligibility:    

  • You hold citizenship or working rights in the Netherlands/EU/EEA/UK

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both verbally and written as this is the main language used by Visualfabriq and our customers.  
      

What we offer:   

  • Competitive Salary 65,000 - 90,000€ (depending on experience and location)

  • Holiday Pay: 8% 

  • Holidays: 25 (based on 40 hours) (chance to buy more)

  • Travel to the office is reimbursed with an NS business card (Netherlands only)
