About the JOB & TEAM - Do you want to grow with us?

At Visualfabriq we strive to ensure that our clients achieve the most by using our software. Our solutions rely heavily on seamless integration with our customers system infrastructure. This means that we frequently manage the import and export of huge amounts of data. To grow as a company and guarantee reliable and high standard services, we need our Customer Integration process to run smoothly. As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for all our customer needs from A-Z, and make sure our Customer Engagement team is aligned internally in regards to these needs.

Our solution consists of 3 modules: Trade Promotion Master™, Demand Forecast Master™ and Trade Spend Master™. As our Customer Success Manager you are responsible for coordinating our internal and external client implementation processes and expectations. We also trust that you manage a smooth client onboarding process. To ensure a successful integration with the client software and the implementation of our deliverables, you use your project management and client engagement skills.

You will be working from our Singapore office and you will play an important role in our presence towards our Asian based clients. You are part of our Global Customer Success team in a remote working capacity with a regional focus.

To be SUCCESSFUL – Are you ready to excel with us?

• You have experience (5 - 10 years) working with or for a global CPG / FMCG company or consulting industry
• You have experience with Trade Promotions or Demand planning or other product areas within a CPG / FMCG industry
• You have experience in project management and deployment of IT systems
• You have exceptional analytical ability and great mind for problem solving and understanding dependencies
• You know how to successfully collaborate and align with development teams around defining functionalities and technical requirements
• You understand how to achieve and maintain customer happiness;
• You know how to successfully collaborate and align with central development teams around functionalities and technical requirements.
• You are a proven A-class player who can drive toward the success of the team
• You have substantial knowledge of and experience with the Asian region, you know business works here;
• You speak fluent Japanese.
