Visualfabriq has a strong, value-driven team around the world that puts our vision into practice every day. Today, we are looking to strengthen our Sales Team with a skilled and talented Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients. Are you the one who can take us to the next level?

As an Account Manager at Visualfabriq, you will play an important role in managing a portfolio of clients, driving upsells and renewals, and fostering long-lasting relationships to contribute to the overall growth of our company. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Job requirements

What will your core responsibilities be?

  • Develop and execute global account strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Cultivate consultative relationships with executive-level stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing commercial inquiries and needs.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively manage communication and relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and address client challenges with our software solutions.
  • Drive upsell opportunities by aligning additional product features with client goals.
  • Renew client contracts by demonstrating ongoing value and negotiating terms.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to understand and address local business challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends (CPG/RGM) and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding and transition processes in collaboration with the sales team.

Your Toolbox - What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields.
  • Proven track record in key-account management or sales within the CPG industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking and organizational leadership.
  • Technical experience or knowledge of technical concepts preferred.
